Just passing by to keep everyone posted on what we are up to!
Work continues on the next instalment of Shale Hill Secrets, and you’ll be happy to hear we’re on the final steps of development for episode eight. Everything is almost done including writing, artwork, sound design, etc. Currently, we are in the process of finishing up the final little bits while compiling the game together.
We are happy to announce that Shale Hill Secrets – Episode 8 is now available to Gold+ patrons on Windows, Android and MacOS!
As you’ve come to expect, this episode is another big one. It includes multiple special scenes with many animations, along with a whole lot of story to get your teeth into – things are really starting to heat up! We generally do believe this is one of the best episodes of SHS yet, and we really hope you enjoy it!

Hello friends, how’s it going?
We know some of you have been waiting for a long time (so have we!) and it is finally here. Love-Joint is delighted to announce that the Shale Hill Secrets Demo is now available on Steam.
Unfortunately, the Steam release took a lot of extra work behind the scenes (partly due to bugs on the platform), but it’s finally ready! The demo includes the first six episodes of the game and lasts for a few good hours of fun!

Kinda. It will be almost identical to the build available on Itch (now, with the six first episodes of the game available for free). However, due to Steam’s policy, we can’t offer our Login with Patreon feature in this version of the game, meaning that only the demo will be available on Steam for now.
That’s why Itch is still going to be our main distribution channel until the game is completed. After that, we are planning to release a “special version” of Shale Hill Secrets on Steam, maybe an ultimate edition.
Please note that your current progress is stored directly on your device and will work in both the Steam and Itch versions of the game.
Important!
Like in other platforms you need to enable adult content in Steam to be able to see the game’s page. So, make sure that you have the “Adult Only Sexual Content” setting enabled in your account. Also, if the page doesn’t load, it’s likely that you’re not logged in – you must be logged in to see adult content.
With this release, comes the sixth episode of the game for free! We won’t discuss the ending of the last free episode here in case any new players are reading, but those of you waiting for this release can finally have some of your questions answered.

We are happy to announce that Shale Hill Secrets – Episode 9 is now available to Gold+ patrons on Windows, macOS and Android.
It’s time to confront her and discover what’s going on. Is she part of the whole scheme? Well, we have some answers for you, which will likely follow with more questions as well!
On the other hand, this doesn’t sum up the whole episode. As it couldn’t be otherwise, we have some amazing special scenes for you to enjoy, along with a whole load of mystery as we keep unpacking the secrets of Shale Hill.

The end of the month is here, and with the release of Shale Hill Secrets – Episode 9, we just dropped the November Bonus Scene. It’s time to gamble! Hold on, we are not going to Vegas – we actually have better plans for our MC.
In this month’s scene, you are going to give some lessons to Haley. You see, she wants to learn how to play poker and she has chosen our MC to teach her how to play. However it’s a bonus scene, you know this game is going to take an interesting turn…

First of all, happy 2023! Gosh, time flies and we are really happy to start a new year developing amazing games for such a distinguished group of people!

Fancy talking aside, we are here for a quick update. We know you all love a good cliffhanger and the last one definitely left us on the edge of our seats. Let’s say it was a great way to finish 2022!
As you could see, our MC found Alexis in serious danger. And, by all indications, he might be in trouble too. We can’t wait to see what happens next! What do you think will unfold?
